A: Floating Rain is a web based application which means there is no extra software is needed to work with Floating Rain. Recommended Web browsers are the latest version of Mozilla FireFox for PC and latest version of Safari for Mac OS.
Q: After placing the order, when will my software setup be ready for use?
A: Your software will be ready immediately after placing the order. You can access the software by placing the URL Address you have indicated for use at the time of signup. Use the user name and password provided to login.
Q: I have signed up for migration services, how will my data be transferred?
A: A support representative will contact you to schedule the initial appointment with a consultant to start the migration efforts.
Q: Is there any limitations on appointments I can enter in my Floating Rain application?
A: There is no limitation on the amount of customers, appointments, enrollments or financial data in your setup of Floating Rain.
Q: I am having issues with the application. How can I contact support?

Q: How is my data backed up by Floating Rain ?
A: Data is backed up on a nightly basis and can be available via a support ticket online.
Q: How are my customer's credit card data secure in Floating Rain?
A: All transactions involving Credit Card data information are secured via a SSL (Socket Secure Layer) Key which is encrypted between your browser and Floating Rain's servers. All credit card data is not kept on our servers and are transmitted to Authorize.net Online gateway for maximum security.
